Message from the Chapter President

Welcome to the online home of the NFBPA Southern Piedmont Chapter (SPC). As your President, it is my privilege to lead this incredible community of public service professionals. Our chapter has long served as a beacon for excellence, mentorship, and leadership within the public sector.

As we look toward the future, we are committed to our guiding theme: "Elevating Excellence". This vision serves as our foundation as we reflect on our rich history while intentionally designing a future that meets the evolving needs of today’s public administrators.

To provide the highest value to our members and the community, we focus on five key areas of growth:

  • Operational Excellence: Modernizing our internal processes to better serve our membership.

  • Strategic Programming: Developing curated content that addresses the unique professional landscape of the Southern Piedmont.

  • Member Value: Identifying new ways to amplify your voice and provide tangible benefits for your professional journey.

  • Strengthened Networking: Creating opportunities to connect across generations—bridging the gap between seasoned executives and emerging leaders.

  • Community Advocacy: Expanding our chapter's footprint through meaningful service and regional partnerships.

Moving Forward Together
The strength of the Southern Piedmont Chapter lies in the collective passion of its members. We invite you and the community to remain engaged, share your expertise, and invite a colleague to join us in our mission.

With gratitude and purpose.
